• Conduct in-depth legal research using SCC and other legal databases to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft various legal documents including Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Counter Affidavits and Writ Petitions (WPs) with precision and clarity.
• Efficiently prepare notes and briefs for senior advocates, ensuring comprehensive and accurate case representation.
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) for all Supreme Court matters, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all legal timelines and court deadlines without exception.
• Possess excellent communication and drafting skills to effectively liaise with clients and court officials.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, perform and appear in court as required, showcasing a proactive approach to professional development.
• Be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team, contributing to the firm’s overall success.

Qualification & Experience

• A law degree from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years of direct experience working in the Supreme Court of India.
• Thorough understanding and familiarity with the Supreme Court’s procedures and practices.
• Proven track record of drafting legal documents and conducting research.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
