• Conducting legal research on assigned topics, statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case files.
• Assisting in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, agreements, and opinions.
• Assisting in case preparation, including organizing documents, preparing exhibits, and conducting factual investigations.
• Maintaining and organizing legal files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
• Conducting legal analysis and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assisting with client intake, including conducting interviews and collecting necessary information.
• Managing and updating the firm’s database, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
• Collaborating with the legal team to prepare for trials, hearings, and client meetings.
• Attending court proceedings (NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NGT, CAT, Delhi high court & other courts), client meetings, and arbitration sessions as required.
