Job Responsibilities:

• Attending court hearings daily in various district courts and High Courts.
• Working on the drafting of suits, applications, complaints, notices, and vetting daily.
• Preparing questions for cross-examination under our legal guidance and mentoring.
• Working on finding out legal loopholes to win the case in an adverse party case and assisting them in preparing the best possible case by drafting, evidence, and arguments.
• Conducting legal research on legal issues with our guidance and nudging.

Remuneration: As per your Skills and Experience.
